Policy

DEPOSIT, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

 

SECURING YOUR DATE/DEPOSIT/GUARANTEE & FINAL PAYMENT

We will be pleased to hold a reservation for your event date and guarantee the price provided.  In order to secure your proposal of services and guaranteed pricing, we require a five hundred dollar non-refundable deposit along with a credit card on file.  Your deposit will be applied to your final balance and is non-refundable once applied to your event.  In addition, 75% of your estimated remaining balance is due 45 days prior to your event. 

The balance remaining on your invoice must be paid on or before the day of your event.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit cards, cash, personal checks and company checks.

If additional requested services or products are provided for your event, you may accrue additional charges.  This would include additional services/products that are added after the balance is paid in full. This includes services added the day of the event as well as services that may be required at the event, such as extended serving time and/or the service of additional guests, not originally in the finalized contract.  You will be notified of these additional charges (if applicable) and the credit card on file will be used for the final payment of these charges.

FINALIZING EVENT DETAILS & GUEST COUNT POLICY

We require that you finalize your guest count & event details 14 days prior to your event.  Event details include finalizing your guest count, menu, beverages, rentals and timeline.  Guest counts cannot be decreased after this point, but you may increase your guest count up until 48 hours prior to your event start time.

GRATUITY

Gratuity is not included on your invoice; however, it is graciously accepted and appreciated.  If you would like to add gratuity after the event, please contact your sales representative.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel your event, you will forfeit your five hundred dollar deposit.  If you cancel your event within 45 days of the event, you will also forfeit your 75% payment along with the non-refundable deposit.
